Mobile Bar Setup


Just add your bartender!  One bar setup per 150 - 200 guests is recommended.  Work space is perfect for up to three bartenders.  Recommended for weddings, fundraisers, and events. Rental only available with service contract. 

Wine Tubs


Galvanized steel beverage tubs are perfect to hold larger wine bottles.  One tub per 50 guests is recommended. Holds 10 - 12 wine bottles or 20 - 24 beer bottles.  Rental only available with service contract.

Beer/Ice Coolers

$30.00 each

Large ice-chest coolers holds 75 -100 cans/bottles.  Holds up to 80 pounds of ice.  One cooler per 75 guests is recommended. Rental only available with service contract.

Disposable Cups

$40.00 per event (0 - 200 guests) / $60.00 per event (200 -300 guests)

Shatter resistant clear disposable cups. Easy and appealing way to serve cocktails.  Solid feeling plastic, not flimsy. Versatile - not just for punch! Purchase only available with service contract.

Juice Mixers

$10.00 Each

Choose from the following bar mixes: Cranberry Juice, Sour Mix, Tonic Water, Pineapple Juice, Soda Water, Tomato Juice, Orange Juice, or make a special request.  20 mixed drink servings per bottle. Suggested 2 bottles per 100 guests. Mixes are to be used for cocktail beverages. If you're interested in us providing non alcoholic options please add a beverage station.  Purchase only available with service contract.


$45.00 Per Event

A 24 pack each of Coke, Sprite, and Diet Coke to be used as a bar mix. One unit is recommended per 75 guests. Purchase only available with service contract. 


$12.00 per garnish

Choose from lemons, limes, oranges, or request your own.  One servings of garnishes is recommend for mixed cocktails per 75 guests.  Purchase only available with service contract.

Bar Caddies

$25.00 flat charge

Perfect if you already have a venue bar. Includes two caddies with unlimited straws and napkins for your event. Rental only available with service contract.

Keg Taps

$15.00 each

Pressure release vent eliminates foaming caused by over pumping.  Rental only available with service contract.

Setup/Cleanup Charge

Event charge for setup and cleanup.  Setup is 1.5 hour - 2 hours. Clean up is 30 minutes to 45 minutes.  1 Staff ($60), 2 Staff ($80), 3 Staff ($100) 4 Staff ($125).  If additional time is required for setup staff are charged by event rate and number of hours.

Bartender & Wait Staff Gratuity

$14.00 - $18.75

Option 1) Bartender will place a tip jar on the bar area for the event. Bar gratuity goes directly to the bartenders. Option 2) Bartender will not place a tip on the bar area for the event. Host (client) will pay $18.75 per bartender and service hour in in lieu of placing a tip jar. 

Wait staff gratuity charge is $14.00 per wait staff and service hour.
